Betelihem Melkamu Essa

Betelihem Melkamu Essa spent her first ten years in the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region (SNNPR) of Ethiopia. In 2015, she was adopted and moved to Mexico City with her mother, and later to California. In 2020, Essa was selected as a T-Mobile ChangeMaker for her work with Object, a non-profit organization that hosts inspirational talks by successful women.
