Aussie Malt

A significant portion of Australia’s whiskey is produced on the rugged and isolated island of Tasmania, 150 miles south of the mainland—a place that now boasts more than 30 distilleries. In fact, the whiskey there is so good that one of them, Sullivans Cove’s French Oak Cask, was named the world’s best single malt in the 2014 World Whiskies Award.
